  4. Winsock RSHD/NT is not "freeware".  Try it, use it, and give it to your
  5. friends (in its original form).  You may use Winsock RSHD/NT for up to
  6. thirty (30) days.  If you find it useful, you must register Winsock RSHD/NT
  7. to continue using it.  If you do not wish to register it after thirty (30) days
  8. of use, you must delete it and cease using it.  Winsock RSHD/NT is NOT
  9. public domain or free software.  It is copyrighted by Denicomp Systems.

  24. Winsock RSHD/NT is NOT public domain Software.  It is Copyright (c) 1995
  25. by Denicomp Systems.  All rights reserved.

  27. Denicomp Systems hereby grants you a limited license to use this software
  28. for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty (30) days.  If
  29. you intend to continue using this software or it's documentation) after the
  30. thirty (30) day evaluation period, you MUST make a registration payment to
  31. Denicomp Systems.

  33. Using this software after the thirty (30) day evaluation period, without
  34. registering the software is a violation of the terms of this limited license.

  36. Once registered, Winsock RSHD/NT is licensed for ONE PC.  If you want to
  37. license Winsock RSHD/NT for multiple PC's, you must license it for each PC.

  39. A "site license" is also available for Winsock RSHD/NT.  A site license allows
  40. you to install Winsock RSHD/NT on as many computers as necessary, as long as
  41. those computers are owned and used exclusively by employees of the company
  42. licensing Winsock RSHD/NT.  The computers do not need to be at the same
  43. physical site.  A site license is NOT a license to re-distribute Winsock
  44. RSHD/NT.  It is to allow use of Winsock RSHD/NT within a single company only.

  46. Denicomp Systems warrants the disks on which the software is received (from
  47. Denicomp Systems) to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship
  48. under normal use, for a period of ninety (90) days after the date of original
  49. purchase.  If during this ninety-day period, a defect in the disk should occur,
  50. the disk may be returned to Denicomp Systems, and Denicomp Systems will
  51. replace the disk without charge, provided you have registered the software
  52. with Denicomp Systems.  Your sole remedy in the event of a defect in a disk
  53. is a replacement of the disk as provided above.

  55. LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTY AND LIABILITY:  EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED ABOVE
  56. FOR MEDIA, DENICOMP SYSTEMS AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DEALERS MAKE NO WARRANTIES,
  57. EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE, ITS MERCHANTABILITY,
  58. OR ITS FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  THE SOFTWARE IS LICENSED SOLEY ON
  59. AN "AS IS" BASIS.  THE ENTIRE RISK AS TO ITS QUALITY AND PREFORMANCE IS WITH
  60. YOU.  SHOULD THE SOFTWARE PROVE DEFECTIVE, YOU ASSUME THE ENTIRE COST OF
  61. NECESSARY SERVICING, REPAIR, OR CORRECTION, AND ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUEN-
  62. TIAL DAMAGES.  IN NO EVENT WILL DENICOMP SYSTEMS OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DEALERS
  63. BE LIABLE FOR DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING
  64. FROM ANY DEFECT IN THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF THEY HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE
  65. POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.  Some states do not allow the exclusion or
  66. limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental or consequential
  67. damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
